LATE NIGHT LEG WORKOUT
I hope you all had a successful day. Sorry for the late night post but as I stated last week, I’m working on sharing more of my day more. I didn’t get to the gym until about 6pm tonight because I took a nap when I got off work. It was a good nap too! I didn’t want to go a day without working out on the account of me being sleep. I use to workout late when I was younger but life happens and you just move your time around. Anyways, here’s my workout for tonight.
- 30 MIN-ELLIPTICAL
- 10 MIN- 1 MILE
- 20 MIN- 4 MILE STATIONARY BIKE
- HAMSTRING CURLS- 4(25)
- QUAD EXTENTIONS- 4(25)
- STANDING CALV RAISES- 4(25)
- HIP ABDUCTORS- 2(50)
- HIP ADDUCTORS- 2(50)
- HACK SQUATS- 10(10)
- BARBELL LUNGES 4(5) EACH LEG
Note to self “ON LEG DAY, CARDIO COMES 2ND”
Usually I superset my legs with my bicep workout but I’m going to save biceps for tomorrow.
I found this lovely combo at the store after my workout. I had to get some items for a video I’ll be shooting soon. I’m a fan of hummus (roasted red pepper is my fav) but these chips are something new. This was my post workout meal. I had been eating like trash earlier today, so I didn’t want to eat too heavy tonight. I had this with a watermelon fruit smoothie with spirulina
