DAY 10 OF MY JUICE FAST
I wanted to do something different today for you. I know it’s Sunday and which means you were looking forward to my Sunday Confessions, but to be honest, there was nothing on my mind to confess this week. On top of that, I really wanted to give you insight on my current 60 Day fast. Today is Day 13, but I’ll give you my DAY 10.
I always get asked, what do I drink or what are my workout routines. Here are my notes to answer those questions.
DAY 10/ 7-14-16
1000 ab ball crunches
1L of water
Granny Smith apples
broccoli + 1L water
pb banana smoothie w instant coffee -32oz
60 mins Elliptical
level 18/ 100% incline
10(10) pull ups
10(10) over head cable tricep extensions 5 second positives
10(10) body dips
10(10) face pulls-cables- 90lbs
4(25) preacher curls- 80lbs
4(25) skull crushers- 80lbs
4(25) seated concentration dumbbell curls 45lbs
4(45) dumbbell kick backs 45lbs
Drank 32oz of green tea & 1L of water during my workout
got my 1 gallon in!!!!
7:30pm- 32 oz
2 spoonfuls of pb n honey
