  • CLOSE GRIP PULL UPS- 10 (10)
  • BODY DIPS-10 (10)
  • BICEP CURLS- 4 (25)
  • TRICEP EXTENTIONS- 4 (45)
  • HAMMER CURLS- 4 (25)
  • DUMBBELL KICKBACKS- 4 (25)
    • CARDIO
      • 6 MILE/30 MIN- STATIONARY BIKE
      • 30 MINS- STAIR CLIMBER
